Ephesians 4:11-13(NIV)
So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

 

AUDIO/VISUAL

Audio/Visual is an important part of our worship service. We use videos, slides for songs, and recording of the sermons.

 

BENEVOLENCE

FCC tries to reach out to the community through acts of benevolence. As needs arise, they are brought to the Elders and subsequently to the congregation to decide where our resources are to be utilized.

 

DISCIPLESHIP/EVANGELISM

We are commited to regular Bible study and prayer as essential discipleship disciplines. We are also commited to regular outreach and evangelism to children and families through conducting weekly Good News Club meetings in local public schools. As a body that understands that through the “New Covenant” in Jesus Christ we are called to be priests and kings of our God, we also exhort each other to individually make this a mission of our lives.

 

MUSIC

FCC has a variety of opportunities for singers and musicians such as through the Praise Team, Solos, and Ensembles.

 

SEWING

Twice a month, our Faith Sewing Group meets to make items for missions. In the past this group has made clothes for children in third world counties and bibs and quilts for the Hospice Center. There is always room for more who wish to sew.

 

TEACHERS/CHILDREN AND TEEN MINISTRY WORKERS

As our congregation grows, our intent is to provide teaching and actvities for all ages.
