Born in Baltimore City, Chuck’s family moved to Harford County in 1972 where he attended North Harford High School. Upon graduation from High School, Chuck joined the U.S. Navy and was assigned to the USS Milwaukee (AOR-2) in Norfolk, Va. After his honorable discharge, Chuck spent over 20 years in retail management and the last 20 years in Construction Project Management.

 

Chuck and his wife Lori, have 5 children and 6 Grandchildren. While living in Aberdeen, Chuck and Lori attended Grace United Methodist Church for approximately 10 years until moving to Rising Sun, and then eventually found their way home to Faith Community Chapel.

 

Chuck and Lori enjoy hiking with their dog Sentry, camping, kayaking, and tending to their mini-farm growing fruits and vegetables, along with chickens, and various other livestock.
